  CFM is a natural, non-chemical whey protein production process of the highest quality, which is filtered on a special, highly technologically developed ceramic cross-flow filter, through which all unwanted components (such as fat, lactose, …) can be perfectly filtered and the pure (“virgin”) whey protein can be isolated – while preserving all valuable primary microfractions such as beta-lactoglobulin, alpha-lactoglobulin, serum albumin, immunoglobulin, glycomacro peptide, lactoferrin, lactoperoxidase and protease peptones.

  CFM is an all-natural, non-chemical process that uses no auxiliary chemicals or solvents.

  CFM is the gentlest existing protein production method, since the raw material does not have any physical variables, such as e.g. B. is exposed to high pressure, temperature or ions. It only passes through the ceramic filter with its own weight of its own accord. Due to this fact, the final whey protein is intact = completely untouched (by nothing and nobody) = the so-called “virgin” protein.
